Lawn Mowing

​At JRM Lawns, customers can be placed on a weekly schedule or one that better meets their specific needs.  Whatever schedule we decide, weekly or bi-monthly, we will always mow your property on the same weekday IF the weather allows.  Because of weather conditions, it may be necessary to mow your lawn before or after your normally scheduled appointment.  We will NEVER mow your lawn if doing so will cause turf damage due to overly wet or dry conditions.  In the event we must reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How is my quote determined?

​

Our quote is based on the amount of time it takes us to mow your lawn.  Some factors that affect our time to mow lawns include:

• Size of your lawn; specifically, the amount of grass

• Fences, corner lots, hills, obstacles such as pools, trampolines, trees, etc. increase pricing as they add time and difficulty to our job.

• Location of lawn compared to current clients

What do we need to do to prepare for your visit?

Please pick up toys and pet waste from the lawn the evening before your scheduled service and  keep pets inside during the service.
